Companies
Companies publish reviewed listings for ongoing capital raises. Private individuals browse, read presentations and express interest. Contact and any deal happen directly with the company.
Each listing includes a presentation, financials, documents and terms. The company is reviewed before publishing. You express interest and the company reaches out directly — LetsFundly does not broker securities and is not a party to any deal.
Secondaries
Private individuals can post sell ads for unlisted shares. Separate from company listings. We are not a party to the transfer.
A sell ad shows the number of shares, price and share class. New companies are reviewed manually. Contact and any transfer happen directly between buyer and seller, off-platform and at their own risk.
Bolagsanalys
Forensic risk scores for companies that have filed digital annual reports. Free for registered investors on the platform.
A composite score from 0–10 with components such as Swedish PD, Zmijewski and Altman Z-double-prime plus our own AI bankruptcy score. It covers companies with digitally filed accounts, not every limited company. A forensic signal — not a credit report or investment advice.
