Subscription Terms for Businesses
Last updated: 2026-09-20
These subscription terms (the "Terms") apply when a company or other trader (the "Customer") purchases a subscribed marketing package or other recurring service (the "Subscription") from LetsFundly AB, company reg. no. ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: company reg. no., address ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: postal address ("LetsFundly", "we", "us"). The service is delivered via letsfundly.com and investeringsnyheter.se. These Terms apply alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Consumer-protection rules do not apply as the Customer is a trader.
1. What the Subscription Covers
The Subscription gives the Customer access to the selected marketing and advertising package, such as publication and exposure of listings and related features on letsfundly.com and investeringsnyheter.se. Contents, tier and scope are set out in the package description and pricing at purchase.
LetsFundly is an advertising platform. The Subscription concerns marketing and publication only — not brokering of securities, investment advice, or any guarantee of fundraising, reach, impressions or other outcome. The Customer is solely responsible for any prospectus obligation and for legal compliance.
2. Term, the START Package and Renewal
The Subscription runs for the commitment period (the "Period") stated for the selected package. Unless stated otherwise, the Period is ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: period length, e.g. 12 months.
The START subscription must be cancelled no later than three (3) months before the end of the Period. If not cancelled within this deadline, the Subscription automatically renews for a full new Period on the same terms and at the price then in effect, and the new Period is binding in full. This rule applies expressly to the START subscription and to other packages where the three-month notice is stated at purchase.
3. How the Customer Cancels
Cancel in writing via the Customer's account or to ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: cancellation/support email, stating company, reg. no. and the Subscription concerned. The Subscription ends at the end of the Period; a Period already begun is completed and not refunded early.
4. Price, Invoicing and Late Payment
The price is shown at purchase, exclusive of VAT, and unless agreed otherwise is invoiced in advance for the Period with payment terms of ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: payment terms, e.g. net 15 days. Late payment carries a reminder fee and default interest under the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635). We may change the price for a new Period with at least 30 days' email notice.
5. No Right of Withdrawal
As the Customer is a trader, no consumer right of withdrawal applies. The order is binding once the agreement is concluded.
6. Customer Content and Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of material submitted for publication and indemnifies LetsFundly against third-party claims arising from it, per our Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost goodwill or failed fundraising. Our total liability per Period is limited to the amount paid for that Period, save in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Personal Data
LetsFundly is controller for its own processing and may be a processor for data the Customer submits for publication, in which case the DPA applies. See our Privacy Policy. Data protection contact: ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: GDPR/data-protection contact (email).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice of material changes affecting an ongoing Subscription, effective no earlier than the next Period.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts with ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: forum, e.g. Stockholm District Court as first instance, unless the parties have agreed in writing on arbitration.
11. Contact
