Subscription Terms for Private Individuals

These subscription terms (the "Terms") apply when you, as a private individual (consumer), purchase a subscribed marketing package or other recurring service (the "Subscription") from LetsFundly AB, company reg. no. ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: company reg. no., address ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: postal address ("LetsFundly", "we", "us"). The service is delivered via letsfundly.com and investeringsnyheter.se. These Terms apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What You Subscribe To
The Subscription gives you access to the marketing and advertising package you selected at purchase, such as publication and exposure of listings and related features on letsfundly.com and investeringsnyheter.se. Exact contents, tier and scope are set out in the package description and pricing shown in the service at the time of purchase.
LetsFundly is an advertising platform. The Subscription concerns marketing and publication only — not brokering of securities, investment advice, or any guarantee of fundraising, reach or results.
2. Term and the START Package
The Subscription runs for the commitment period (the "Period") stated for the selected package. Unless stated otherwise, the Period is ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: period length, e.g. 12 months.
The START subscription must be cancelled no later than three (3) months before the end of the Period. If you do not cancel in time, the Subscription automatically renews for a full new Period on the same terms and at the price then in effect, and the new Period is binding in full. This renewal rule applies expressly to the START subscription and to other packages where the three-month notice is stated at purchase.
3. How to Cancel
Cancel in writing via your profile or by contacting us at ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: cancellation/support email. Cancellation ends the Subscription at the end of the Period; the Period already begun is completed and is not refunded early, unless mandatory law or section 5 provides otherwise.
4. Price, Payment and Price Changes
The price is shown at purchase, inclusive of VAT for consumers, and paid in advance for the Period. We may change the price for a new Period with at least 30 days' email notice before the new Period begins.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). If you expressly ask the service to start during the withdrawal period, you agree it begins and accept that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully performed. You confirm this at payment.
6. Your Content and Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you submit for publication, per our Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit. Nothing limits liability that mandatory consumer law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Period in question.
8. Personal Data
LetsFundly is the data controller for processing related to the Subscription, described in our Privacy Policy. Data protection contact: ⚠ PLACEHOLDER: GDPR/data-protection contact (email). You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice of material changes affecting an ongoing Subscription, effective no earlier than the next Period.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
Swedish law applies. As a consumer you may refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, or to the general courts.
